METHOD FOR SENDING PLANTS
The plants are sent bare roots in packages wrapped in a damp cloth and then cling film so that the plants do not dry out.

RECEPTION REPOTTING
Upon receipt, the plants should be repotted in a plastic container with a mixture of peat and possibly perlite.
